Application Requirements
- Completed Proposal Form
- Two (2) forms of valid photo identification
- Proof of Address (e.g. utility bill in your name no more than 3 months old)
- Nature and place of business/occupation
- Reference Letter from your foreign banker, if you are not a citizen/resident of Guyana
- Certified Copy in your name
- Politically Exposed Person Declaration Form
- Management accounts or estimates for the last 3 years, if self employed
