Reporting a Claim
We are truly sorry to learn of your recent accident/loss and we assure you that the PREMIER Team is here for you. To address your claim as quickly and smoothly as possible, and to offer you the premier service that you deserve, we have prepared the following information to help you through the process.
- Report the incident to the Police Station nearest to the site of the incident within twenty-four (24) hours
- Have your Driver’s Permit and all the vehicle documents with you when reporting the incident to the Police.
- Report the incident to your Broker or PREMIER within two (2) days of the occurrence. You may call us at 011-592-223-0840, e-mail us at claims@premierinsurance.gy, and/or visit our office where we’ll be happy to assist you.
- If visiting our office for any reason, we advise you to call first in light of our efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19
- Report the incident to your Broker or PREMIER within two (2) days of the occurrence. You may call us at 011-592-223-0840, e-mail us at claims@premierinsurance.gy, and/or visit our office where we’ll be happy to assist you.
You are required to complete a PREMIER Claim Form and submit all your supporting documents by any of the following routes:
- Visit your Broker, who will assist you with the completion of the appropriate claim form or
- Visit our PREMIER office, where our team will be waiting to assist you with the completion of the appropriate claim form.
- Once your claim form is completed in full and signed, you may e-mail it to us at claims@premierinsurance.gy
- Vehicle documents
- Insurance documents
- Driver’s Permit
- Certified Copy of Ownership of vehicle or property
- Copy of Inspector’s Report (if vehicle recently inspected)
- Police Report Receipt and/or Report
